Ocwen has received my information regarding a loan modification but Ocwen keeps saying they havent got the info. Since about December 20th I have sent the same info at least 3 times only to have Ocwen say they need me to send it again because I havent sent it or it is incomplete. I have spent 10 hours on hold in one week. I have had them call me and say you called us to call you and I say no I didnt. Then they say oh yes we called because your info is incomplete and we cant procede. Then I say you already said you got it 2 weeks ago. They say no I say look again. After 10 minutes on hold they say we found it everything looks good and after 2 confirmation telephone calls last week I received an email today (Feb 8) saying the same thing. "we dont have your stuff please send this, this and this. They say if I dont get them the info by Feb 22 then I have no chance of a modificaiton. It seems Ocwen is stalling or inept or both. I dont know what to do but use the law now. I guess I will sent the info one more time then use legal avenues.
