Mygenevawatch.com Company online application was deceptive under deceptive trade practices law, as they represented that the watch cost was $1.00 plus shipping... The only charge listed at final checkout. I did not see any $88.00 charge on the online checkout, but my credit card was billed $88.99 after the 14 day trial period (after return period expired). Their tricky little game somehow sets you up to not be aware of the first time charges through the application process (as I never did recall seeing the $88 charge) when purchasing the watch. Then after it's too late (14 days from the date of the application!) to send the cheap 2 bit watch back for a refund the company hits my credit card for $88.99. Reynolds, Houston, Texas
