I have seen so many complaints about IMS on the web, if there's not already a class action lawsuit in the works, I want to get one going now.
My own experience with them was the same as many, their refusal to complete credit card transactions. They held my authorized funds for 20 days before agreeing to not charge me if I refunded the customer. Now, my customer has exploited this and hasn't payed, AND, they didn't refund the fees as promised.
Enough complaining already! Please contact if you're ready to add your name to a lawsuit. I plan to consult attorneys at the end of the week, so the more I know of other people & their experiences with IMS, the better.
