I purchased what was supposed to be a new MSI U210 computer Sept. 28 which arrived with a broken 'A' key which was a minor problem but very difficult to resolve. I immediately sent emails to MSI, which were totally ignored. I tried the telephone for several hours and was never able to talk to a real person. Finally I faxed a letter of complaint, which was also ignored. I then solved the problem by purchasing a key on Ebay.
Now my motherboard has failed and my dealer says it is a manufacturers warranty and they cannot help me. I would have to send it in to MSI for warranty. I am seriously thinking about selling it for parts on Ebay and buying a new computer.
