They Charge Your Card, a Fee and if and when you get the Item The driver will want cash for the bal. Most these people are people with police records that can't get an honest Job. It you get took and post anything in their feedback thatmakes them or their drivers look bad they will remove it. I am making a list of everyone that ask for cash and turing it over to the IRS. We are forming a org that we are going after them with a class action suit
