The name is still not transferred. I've been invoiced 9 times for the same $9.95 charge.
Why? Prostores customer service representatives speak English with difficulty. They do not read emails; they do not listen during phone conversations. There is no other way to interact with Prostores. My internet business is in the hands of an hourly in a far off country.
A far cry from the friendly, helpful posture Prostores adopts in promotional and advertising messages.
In customer service at Prostores was responsive and reliable. Today, in it is not.
There are hundreds of services on the web to facilitate building a website. I'm learning that it is a big mistake to build an internet business based on a hosting supplier who sees its customer problems as "cases" to be swept out of an inbox as quickly as possible.
