ACPSN Taking money from new members while not delivering any services, ignoring membership, not communicating, not providing financial reports

Lara Willis started this organization several years ago. For the first few years, she provided a good service, with great value for money.
Over the past two years, she has stopped keeping up with things, and there were months at a time when she would not respond to calls or emails, then would come back with lame excuses and make a bunch of promises about how she would rectify the situation.
For almost all of 2009 and now into she has been utterly unreachable, but continues to take money from new members, but then provides none of the promised services.
She now will not respond to emails, and the voice mailbox is always full.
Lara Willis is now committing fraud, taking people's money but providing no services. She advertises that ACPSN is a non-profit, but hasn't provided financial statements since the end of 2008. Horizon Insurance has severed their relationship with ACPSN.
Do not join this organization. If you have sent her money, file a claim in small claims court, or if you paid by PayPal, use their processes to get your money back.
