This company which I dealt with online to make a purchase and then over the phone has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I placed an order sunday evening, received a confirmation and tracking number the following morning. I checked back daily to see if there was any progress with my package with ups. Wednesday I checked and still nothing just stated "billing information has been received". So I called to check and was assured that my package had left on time and I stressed that I needed it by friday for theweekend. The customer service lady assured me again it would be there.
So friday morning I check again and still the same so I call at 830 am and spoke to the same lady and she then tells me that it didnt leave beacause of a new website. I explained the situation and then she says "oh yeah" it left and I will email you the correct tracking info right now. So 5 hours later I finally receive an email with tracking info for someone else.
