The Sharper Image
Ripoff! I didn't receive my entire order, but the invoiced shows both items were shipped

When I received the box from sharper image, inside was half of what I ordered, the invoiced shows both items shipped. When I called to tell them there is a mistake here, I'm missing half the order I was charged for, they said in so many words to bad, call your credit card company. I did, but I want everyone to know they are Rip-Off's.
