Horrible service from Brandon, couldn't get return calls
contract says within 20 miles but i repeatedly kept being sent leads that were further than 20 miles. When I finally reached Brandon, he said he just had a baby... Sorry... Then he said that they were only suppose to come "close" to 20 miles, that I couldn't reject a lead because it was further than 20 miles. He charged me for them. Then, i cancelled the service writting to the email on the contract. He suggested we just use zip codes to avoid the problem, I told him that was fine til the service was finished. The company has 9 days from the date of cancellation to stop the service. But what they don't tell you is that they keep refilling your propack. They keep charging your account even though it is canceled. Legally, they can not do that. They can not refill if you have canceled. They can use up all the money you have in there but they can not refill. I have already spoken to an attorney. Then 3 weeks after cancelation date, they are still charging my account. I have reported it to the attorney general in Oregon and I will fly out there personally to appear in court. There are several people who are going for a class a action. We need to stand together against these crooks.
