Ezoomit contacted me promising a front page google listing for several of my keywords. I explained I was only interested in certain keywords. They said that it was fine and we made an agreement. I gave them my credit card and they charged for 1 year of service.
I called them several times throughout the year to see when I would be on the front page. Although they tried, they never accomplished the goal. At times they called me to point out their success. I had to explain that the listings they pointed out were either my listings that I made or were not for the key words we agreed to. After a long battle and several phone calls I requested my money back. They explained that it was against their policy because they already did the work... Even though it was not successful.
I believe they tried. However, they should refund failed results. If I hire a company in the future, I will make sure I get a money back guarantee.
Although they have several websites, ezoomit.com and zoomadz.com seem to be there main avenues of business. There are more to watch out for. I wonder why they use so many different names. I am concerned because they might use this tactic when local exclusivity is offered. They might simply sell the same service to your competitor but use a different trailer at the end of the videos they produce.
