Accesses Your Credit Card Without Your Authorization

Fruit Engine tells you that they will optimize your website. They say that they will charge you an upfront fee of $600. At the end of 3 months times they will charge you another $400 but only if they have been able to improve your site listing to the "first page" of Google's search engine. If this does not occur, then no payment is due until this happens. On 03/01 I paid Fruit Engine $600 by credit card. On 05/02 (only 2 months after my first payment), Fruit Engine, without my authorization, took another $600 from my credit card account. Fruit Engine says that when I signed a form titled "Approved Keywords", which asks me to approve a list of keywords for my site, that this also is a contract because it refers you to an "agreement" on the last page (page 4) to a specific page on their website regarding information about this agreement, - which when I tried to access this page site, it would not load.

When I questioned the Fruit Engine rep. "Jessie" she said the "Approved Keywords" form was just that, - to obtain my approval for the new keywords and allow them to insert these onto my site. There was no change to our agreed understanding.in addition, when I signed the "Approved Keyword" form I specifically stated that my signature and approval was for the keywords only.
In addition, I was to have received a website "visibility report" by 04/29, which I have NOT yet received. As of this writing, 05/03, my website is still not found on Google's first page.
Fruit Engine has not honored their agreement. They have, without permission, taken $600 from me. I have been robbed by this outfit.
