I was charged $120 for 20 minutes of work. That is $360 per hour and is rediculous. Their website says they do not charge for drive time and the $35 service fee is waived once work is started. So, why is it $120 for 20 minutes of work? Estimates are created by estimating the time it will take to do a job and an hourly rate. Not by what a technician thinks he can get. That's like selling a bottle of water to a person dying of thirst. Yes, it's worth it for the dying person but is it ethical? IS it right? No, it's not.
Even more frustrating is that the manager isnt' even man enough to get on the phone with me to work it out. He tells the kid that answers the phone to tell anyone that he isn't there and leaves it up to the kid to give customer service. How's that for management???
I WAS a repeat customer and Danny, the general manager doesn't even care and still wont' get on the phone with me to discuss. I will never use these guys again.
I have filed a report with the BBB. These guys shoud not be in business.
