Trying to Take Michigan Income Taxes After Bankruptcy Filing

View Encore Capital Group / Midland Credit Management full profile & all complaints

I filed bankruptcy on this company some years ago and now they are trying to take my Michigan income taxes. Now I'm fighting to prove this to the I.R.S. I would like people to be aware that this company has more than one address. Be aware of this fake credit company.
