Mike Baker is an absolute coward who has no idea how to manage people or run a business. He takes the time to get on here and write responses to reports to try to clear his name but wont even respond to his salespeople other than with a text. He will schedule his salespeople 6 days a week with no chance of them getting and extra day off then the next month youre scheduled 3 days a week with no explanation. His stores are full of drugs, guns, and all kinda other bad things.
He promises schedule preferences to whoever sells the most while in front of his staff but cuts and pastes the same schedule every month. Text messages only just like a teenage girl. Lets Leo do whatever he wants. Doesnt follow thru with anything he says. Has the worst salespeople on the best shifts. Lets certain salespeople carry guns in his store because theyre are such pu*ies and scared that they cant fight someone.
Mike how does it feel to be such a spineless pu*y of a man? Do yourself a favor and let someone else run your stores because anyone could do a better job.
