Since July I haave called TXU complaaining that my monthly utility bill was too low. Prior to that time, I had renter in the property. It took them until Dec to repair the meter.
I have now received a $3000 bill for the 6 month period. There is no way we consumed $500/month in electric. When the service person came out, they told my son they could not determine the usage and so the company would charge me the maximum usage per month.
