I have been purchasing from Sunogolf.com online for about three month now. Their delivery time is OK. And so far so good. So one time, I went to their Retail store in downtown UK To see the real store instead of a virtual one. My experience at the store was not that good. First the big retail store had only 2 store clerks. And they were also the cashier when somebody was paying. And then there was this one young guy store clerk (he's around 23-24), dark skin. He was so rude and talked to me as I were his own buddy. "dude give me the dime a gave you". Referring to the change he just gave me a while ago. Geez, DUDE. I spent money and this how you treated me? BTW, the item I bought (a YES putter) was returned the next day. It was broken... Good thing I got the dime back... What a horrible first experience at Sunogolf Retail store... And later the manager came back, and he told us that the guy break up with his girl friends, feel very bad. And he sent me one free golf cap, aha, it's good so i introduce more friends buy from sunogolf.
