Ripoff, Chicanery, Service Not Delivered

I joined Traffic Devil traffic exchange as a PRO member (trafficdevil.info).

I requested a withdrawal over 20 days ago.

I submitted a ticket and sent an email four days ago on January 26th.

Still, I have not received a response.

I don't understand why admin puts its customers through such turmoil; I don't believe it is a good business practice.

Any suggestions?
