I cannot comment on the traffic from sniper traffic but I can comment on my experience with the owner Chris Amirbashiri. I placed an order for traffic on November 18th. After 4 days of receiving no traffic and no communication I contacted the company to ask what was happening and when I could expect to see some traffic.
The owner, Chris responded within a few hours and apologized then said he would look into it and get back to me which he did within 24 hours. After two more days passed with no contact from him I requested a refund through pay pal since seven days passed since I placed my original order, I had no communication for two days and I felt a bit uncomfortable moving forward or waiting any longer. After I submitted my refund request to Pay Pal here are the responses the owner sent me.
