I was offered a promotion which gave me their most expensive package known as the Premier package free for a period of 5 months. The regular price for that package is $109. I was planning to downgrade to their cheaper package once their promotion period expired.
But the promotion prematurely ended after 4 months, and I was being charged the huge fee for the Premier package. After discovering it, I called customer service to have the situation corrected. But the customer service was very poor and I was made to wait indefinitely with no resolution. I feel cheated, and am wondering what is the best way to be have them accountable.
My personal loss might be small, but what hurts most is their unfair treatment.
