Was paid fee for services... I only received butt chewing

I contracted with TCS for their professional help. I was told of the extensive group of contacts available from TCS. I was told in 2 - 3 weeks I would have to make decisions about the offers received. TCS says here is the contract... Make the check to TCS... And there is the door.
