Misrepresentation of watch, told I would be charged $5.99, Acct was charged $88.99

I responded to an ad for a Geneva Watch for $5.99. The ad said the watch was $5.99. My bank acct was charged $88.99. Where this price came from, I have no idea, but I would have never bought a watch online for that kind of money. The watch doesn't even work.
