Hired this man who CLAIMED to be a licensed, fully insured, long time professional. Prior to the start of the job had him sign a contract that reiterated what was already verbally agreed upon. That was to hang, tape, and compound our dining room and hallway as well as finish the taping and compounding of the living room. The contract stated the job was to make the dining/living rooms as well as the hallway "paint ready". Ben Gordon is in breach of contract as our walls are no where near paint ready.
There is a 16 ft seam that was compounded without tape leaving a huge crack that runs the entire length of the seam. Sheetrock was damaged in several places during installation and never repaired. Screws weren't properly sunk and compounded therefore are showing through. There is tape that is bubbled in many places and will need to be cut out.
