Realgold software big rip off they get your money and u get nothing

I was on the computer and they popped up and said they could protect my computer from virus and that it was already contaminated for 79.95 they would give me a lifetime subscription so I bought if with my debit card. It suppose to downloaded but i cant find anything and I got nothing and they got my money. This is a big ripoff.
