Told I needed an anti virus, went through Google, Avg popped up, I read it sound alright, only it said free download and I had to pay the $29.99 on my debit card to down load it. Once downloaded my computer would not do much of anything, A friend came over, we were talking about my computer, they asked what I had downloaded, they said you didn't use AVG did you? I said, they said they had the same problem with it, for me to take it off immediately, so I did and my computer was normal again. I can't find where to get my refund, I have heard that you never receive one.
