My complaint is the following:
I sold a very large piece of property here in San Jos, Costa Rica for Mr. Walid Hassan Kattan. Mr. Kattan is walking around this planet with $4.000.000 (four million dollars) in his pocket and to this day, Mr. Kattan has not the decency to pay me my commission by selling this property.
I would like someone, anyone to help me get my money back, and to pay me all the pain and damage Mr. Kattan has caused me and my family. I was left destitute. Now I am an old woman who is battling a very serious sickness and I need economic help.
I want my money back. NOW.
I have repeatedly called his office, spoke with his secretary (whose name is Linda). I
have repeatedly left messages etc. And has not had the decency to call me or even leave me a note.
I also know that last year he sold a huge property in Virginia called the Crow's Nest that was owned by his company (you can look this up in Google and there is the whole story about the sale). Mr. Kattan (and his "sidekick" Kamel Tabbara - his Chief Operations Officer) sold the property for a cool $20 million dollars (bought by the government of Virginia no less!!!). One would think that he would have the decency to pay me.
