Several months ago I went to place an order with Vitaminaisle.com during the process their website went down just after I entered my debit card info but before the order was completed. The next day I went back to the site and there didn't appear to be any order or items in the cart so I redid the order adding an expensive vitamin to the order this time the whole order process was completed. About 2 weeks later I got an email from the company stating that the expensive item I had ordered was no longer available and a credit would be issued immediately for that item. After a couple days I checked my account and saw that they had billed my card for the first order that was never completed and the second order, also there was no credit applied for the item that wasn't available.in the mean time I couldn't email them since the email address was outgoing only so I posted on their online customer form asking why I was charged for an order that was never processed and why I was not refunded for the item they didn't ship as they had promised. I never heard anything from them so I repeated the online complaint process several times, after giving them ample time to contact me and having gotten I went to my bank, Chase, and complained to them, after going through a myriad of customer service reps I was told they were going to rescind both payments to vitamin aisle but still to this day the charges are still on my account. Vitamin Aisle is obviously a Ripoff and Chase has a bunch of incompetent customer service reps.
