Today I had another useless contact with Direct TV. I cancelled their service before when they kept a premium on my account that I kept cancelling - and then was told it would keep appearing and I had to keep calling to cancel.
I went back to them 11/08 - and was suppose to have a "rate guarantee for 12 months" - which took 3 months to finally get. Then in 3/09 they increased their rates (again) and I got the new charge - so much for 12 month guarantee. The first customer service rep got me to a supervisor but then this "supervisor" refused to transfer to to another. They don't take calls!
And they guys claim to have such good "customer service" - I can never seem to find it!
