I was spamed by this company and fell for it. I bought and paid for it and then after 3 calls 5 weeks later i got 2 of them. One for my son's new toyoto and one for my explorer. We both followed the instructions and both did not work at all. So i called the customer dept 5 different times and was handled rudley by 2 of the 5 people i talked to. The best they could do for me was tell me to go to thier site and read the help section which my son and i both did. Still did not work. On the ad they produce it looks so easy. 3 easy steps. I did the 3 easy steps over and over and it just does not work. This is for hands free cell phone talking. Plug it in your phone and tune to radio station 99.3 and all talking is supposed to come out of your radio. Nice idea but don't work at all. It cost $ 20.00 plus shipping. Now they say well you sure your doing it right? Try different spots in your car. I tried and retried and no good thing does not work neither one. So don't get fooled like i did.
