Recently, Plentyoffish.com has begun demanding users to enter in some private information before allowing them full use of the website. If you refuse to fall for this scam, then you no longer are able to edit your profile, or send emails to those that did.
It is a blatant data mining operation. PoF sells this information to the highest bidder, along with any old images from deleted accounts, and old profiles. Anyone who complains about this unethical policy are threatened and abused, or banned outright.
This is a site that is loaded with shill profiles created by management, often using images from old accounts long deleted or stolen from other websites.
This "free to use" site costs money and your identity to get the full use out of it, even though it has been falsely advertised as being "100% free!". Warn everyone of this scam, so they can stay away from these criminals.
