Deceptive Advertising-meonyou.com sent fake messages to me to fraudulently lure me into buying membership Internet

On 7-2, I received an email out of the blue from meonyou.com about their adult dating site. Prior to this, I had never heard of their site. So I filled out a free profile on 7-2 just so I could check out their site and see what it had to offer. Shortly after completing my free profile and on that same day, 7-2, I received at least 3 emails from 3 different women (of course they all had attractive pictures of their faces and/or bodies in their profiles) who told me rather aggressively in their messages that they wanted to hookup and soon.

I know I actually received more than 3 emails on 7-2, more like 5 or 6. However, several of the emails were deleted from my inbox by meonyou.com within a few days after they sent the emails to me. And their profiles had apparently been deleted also as I could no longer pull them up. I can only prove I received 3 emails on 7-2 as that's how many are still in my meonyou.com inbox from 7-2.

I have belonged to a few other dating sites in the past and to the best of my knowledge, I've never received any emails from women wanting to hookup within the 1st few days of completing a free profile.in fact, that 5 or 6 emails I received that 1st day on meonyou.com is more than I've ever received during an entire 30 day subscription period on any other paid dating site.

I was thrilled at having received so many emails right away on meonyou.com. Then then next day, on 7-3, I received another 5 or 6 messages, all from different women than the messages I had received on 7-2. However, I only have proof of having received 4 emails on 7-3 as that's how many are still saved in my meonyou.com inbox. Once again, a couple of the emails I received on 7-3 must have been deleted by meonyou.com, because I didn't delete them. And within a few days after 7-3, these new emails were gone and the profiles of the women who sent the deleted messages were no longer listed on the site.

So I had received around 10-12 emails from women eager to hookup within the 1st 24-36 hours after creating my free profile on meonyou.com. I was shocked and thought it was great and that perhaps I had finally found a really good dating site. I hadn't had too much luck finding young, available and attractive women eager to hookup on other dating sites. I thought I had hit the jackpot with meonyou.com and I had no reason to think the emails I had received on their website were fake or that meonyou.com was really a scam.

Also, on most dating sites on which I've completed free profiles you can't read emails you receive from women until after you pay the membership fee. However, on meonyou.com, you can read the emails before you pay, but in order to send an email back to a woman, you have to pay the membership fee first. So I had all these enticing emails and therefore I paid the fee to join on 7-3.

I sent replies to almost every email I had received on 7-2 and 7-3. Only a couple of the women then replied back to my emails and they seemed to be considerably less eager to hookup now that I had paid the approx $30 to join. Then they just stopped corresponding for no apparent reason. And during the rest of the 30 day paid membership period I received a total of only 5-10 more emails. So I received 10-12 emails the 1st 1-2 days and then only 5-10 more during the next 28-29 days. I was very disappointed.

Therefore, I cancelled the autorenew on my membership and let it expire on Aug 3rd or thereabouts. Then during August, I received perhaps 7-8 emails, but all the women lived quite a distance from me and were like 15-20 yrs younger than me. I like young women, but give me a break. Then at the beginning of September, I received several "aggressive" messages from 2 mature women who lived fairly close to me. I thought I would give meonyou.com 1 more chance and paid the membership fee again on around 9-7.

I then replied to the emails from the 2 mature women living near me. One of the women was so eager to hookup with me that she had sent me a couple of messages before I rejoined. However, after I replied, I never heard another thing from her. And either the same day I paid the membership fee or the next day, the other woman's email was deleted from my inbox by meonyou.com. Apparenlty her profile was also deleted as I did a "username" search and it was nowhere to be found. Since I paid the fee on 9-7, I have received maybe 3-4 other emails.

The way I found out meonyou.com might be a scam is that a few days ago I went to pull up their website and found out that somehow their URL got deleted out of my "favorites" tab in Internet Exporer 7. So I manually typed in "meonyou" in the Google toolbar URL area in IE7. And the little drop-down window opened with suggested URL's of which 1 was "meonyou scam." I selected that and read some of the information it brought up, including the information on usacomplaints.com.

I then went to several of the websites that show scammer info and pics and saw several of the pics on these websites that I have seen in female profiles on meonyou.com. From what I can see now from comments of other past paid members of meonyou.com, their site apparently sends fake messages to you (with fake profiles and fake pics) to entice you into paying the $30 membership fee to join. And then after paying, you either don't hear back from these "eager" women and/or you hardly receive any more messages the rest of the 30 day paid period.

I wish I had known that meonyou.com was a scam before I wasted $60 for 2 months of worthless membership. Please let me know how I can assist in holding this website accountable for their fraudulent and deceptive practices. I would be happy to cooperate in any manner possible. Thank you.
