Land America Home Warranty is a RIp Off! I called Landd America in Oct of dishwasher not working. They sent out a tech twice and the tech stated nothing was wrong with my dishwasher but stated he could see where the dishes were not getting cleaned... What? Land America stated I could hire a repair person, pay for the service and send the invoice to them. I did, I called a company that I purchase all my appliances from that have been in business for the past 40 years.
The repair man said my pump and motor was out and needed to be replaced for approx. 460.00. I sent this into Land America and they said they will send out someone else, we are now in Janurary! They sent out a person from Sears, he called Land America when he was at my home and told them it was the motor and pump that was out. Land America state they would only pay 140.00 and some change. NO where in my contact shows an limit and this would have been good to know early on. I am out two service call dollars to the tune of 120.00!! This is a fraudulent company... Buyer Beware!!!
