Hello,
My complaint is simply bad customer service. Paid for a service that didn't provide me with any resolution what so ever. I'm so feed up with Best Buy and there continued attitude when speaking with customers. They not only make you feel DUMB! They cut you off when talking. Tell you that your story will not have to be repeated when it is and I just want my money back for service that wasn't done completely. I very unsatisfied and disappointed that it happen to me again.
