Interest Rate is very high and we were told we could get our loan modified and it would lower our interest rate of maybe cut our balance down we did every thing we were advised to do then they said we were denied the modification (no reason given) then we asked for a payoff and now each month the balance is more than it was the previous month. When we called them we were told they were a Collection Agency and not a Mortgage Firm. You cannot get the same person when you call they never know the answers to any question you ask, they just blow you a line of smoke they don't know what they are doing. They always inform you they are taping your conversation why is that? If you ask me they would fall in the same catagory of Preditor Lenders.
