We are trying to get electric on at our new house, The LCEC truck came, pulled into the driveway, and pulled right back out and when I came outside they didn't care they just kept going. I called the office and was told that there was a limb in the way and so they left. I called back within 1 hour to tell them that the limb was gone and they put it back on for the next day, next day comes and I was told 'because it was the customer delaying the work it was a different scenario". So now it was going to take at least 3 more days. I asked to talk to a supervisor and I was told that they have a 24 hour phone call turnover! Very frustrating. I guess when you don't have any competiton you can treat your unwilling customers anyway you want and get away with it.
