I worked for this company for 4 months before i realized they were feeding me a bunch of lies. Whn i first came in they said that i would be going through training and learning about the things we are selling including polaris atv's, kawosaki atv's, and honda atv's. They told em i didnt need any prior experience and said they would provide me with the necessary training.
On my first day there was one person training me and they told me i would need to look up everything on my own and learn it. I went and did my own research to learn about the Atv's so that I wouldnt miss out on the commision i was promised.
Commision? What commision? They told me for every ATV sale i did i would receive a commision based on the model, and price. They gave me commision only on the honda ATVs i sold and none one the Polaris, or Kawosaki. I was spending more money in gas just getting to work than i was making.
Advice i have for those of you wanting to work there?
