BidCactus is an online auction site. But unlike a real auction, you have to buy your bids. According to the site, and it is posted on the main page; 6 items a day, 3 items 3 bid packs are the baximum you can win. Now it does not say someone can't bid forcing prices up. And it does not say, when you click to bid, if the item is of a high value, ie HDTV value $599, Sony 37 inch HDTV, retail value $799 that it will take your bid, or that the same person who never bids except for the televisions, oh and he won both of them and the PS3 retail value $299.
