On June 4th I ordered a pool ladder from them, which the website said usually shipped within 1-3 days. A week later I hadn't heard a peep from them, so I emailed them to follow-up – got an autoresponse promising a customer service rep would follow up and then silence: no one ever followed up. Now it's 10 days since I placed the order, no one there is responding to emails, and I have no idea what's going on with the $165 pool ladder I paid for.
