American Health Advantage False Application Approval

I just received a phone call regarding an approval for an application I sent in. I didn't recall ever sending such an application to any company. Quick search online revealed the scam of this company. I hope everybody out there reads all of the other stories regarding this company known as True Care Advantage, True Care Dental, or American Health Advantage.
