I bought two pair of shoes and one pair of boots from them a couple weeks ago, I did not like them when I got them. They are made cheap and definitely not worth the price they are selling them for. One pair was ok but the rest were not, the one pair I did like didn't fit. They gave me accredit for the boots but the two pair of shoes were on a BOGO deal so they took them back but only credited me for the bots. They said the shoes were a final sale so they will not even give me a store credit, what? They will not give me my money or store credit and they have the shoes. How is it possible that they get to keep my money and the shoes? I don't know what to do to get my money or store credit. I would not recommend this company at all, the customer service stinks. They respond to your email or messages every other day with the same message every time. All I know ismi want something for my money! DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED... Unless you like cheap shoes, in that case you van go to payless theirs are made nicer!
