Cross Country Vanlines has not been upfront in the delivery of our household items. We contracted with them for a move from Oregon to Maui, Hawaii. The original delivery date was November 16 to 23. The items arrived in Maui December 9. This was acceptable. It is now January 23 and the items have still not been delivered. This is not acceptable.
We have been given numerous dates for delivery and each one has passed with out our items being delivered. No calls are made to explain why and each time we have to call and wait for a return call. For the last two weeks we are not even getting return calls.
I cannot recommend this company nor their employees as they are either incompetent or not allowed to do their jobs.
I feel we have been patient to this point. We are currently looking to file a class action suit against the company as this seems to be the only way to get their attention.
