This letter is regarding case # 32959427, tracking number r449f84275567715. We are demanding that this claim filed by Paul Myers (seller) be re-opened to allow the customer John La Rosa (Buyer) a fair opportunity to display the damaged items. The packaged was re-packed by the employees of the ups store # 2294. They re-pack the items upside down ignoring the directions to pack the items right side up as shown by an arrow pointing upwards. The employees were told on numerous occasions to follow the repacking instructions which they ignored. The package was insured for the sum of $2500.00 and both packages for the sum of $5000.00 The customer received the damaged items on October 21. Please attend to this matter or we will proceed with legal action. One copy of this letter will be mailed to the above addressees.
