As reported on usacomplaints.com on July 19, I too was ripped off by Howard Kirk when he was doing business under the name of Dimension Builders, based in Georgetown, TX.
Mr. Kirk left my family with a nasty surprise of a mechanics lien from the roofer they used who was based in Houston, TX while in the warranty period after our home was constructed. Compared to the nightmare he left other families with, our bill was quite small, but it was nonetheless a chunk of money which HE was responsible for paying, not us!
If there is ever an opportunity to participate in a class-action lawsuit against Mr. Kirk for the mess he left his Dimension Builders customers with, please contact me.
