Beware of this group - anything having to do with Howard Kirk is DANGEROUS

Howard Kirk is the owner of Dimension Builders. He is a homebuilder who scammed many people in the greater Georgetown area. There are currently over 20 of us who have been stuck with MILLIONS OF DOLLARS in mechanic's liens on our properties. Want more proof? Check out the Texas Residential Construction Commission complaints online.

We have an e-mail group that you can subscribe to if you have been affected. We don't ever expect to get all of our money back, but we feel better about warning others of the dangers of Howard and his wife, Courtney Kirk, (who is a realtor with Century 21 HS) and anything that they come in contact with.

Also, if you are considering using Rostrata Builders, BEWARE! Howard Kirk is now affiliated with this company and you SHOULD NOT do business with them if they are doing business with him.

There are too many good builders out there to take a chance, in my opinion.
