I ordered a cell phone and after the payment was done there was complete silence from their side. No reply of any emails. Lahore

I ordered a cell phone online on 28th December and after the payment was done they mailed me on 1st Jan that they will contact me withing 48 hours but since then its been almost a month and there is no reply from your side.

I am very far away as I live in Pakistan and I dont know how to do anything to get my order back or the worst case scenario to get my money back

Please help me in this regard. I have been mailing them constantly and also calling them but their phone is on answering machine always. I dont know what to do. Please help me
