Poor service don't be scamed

Ordered 4 netbooks for my kids on the 27th of November told they ship in 24 - 48 hours today id the 10th of December i still dont have them even paid extra for shipping. Called machine says everyone is busy and hangs up. Sent emails get no reply. Trust me STAY AWAY!!!
