I wanted to share info I too have been going through hell trying to stop this company. My husband & I agreed to order an e-cigarette and try the product. We did not know we were being auto enrolled into another plan that has been nearly impossible to cancel. No joy with the USA toll free number, no response from the online ticket, no reply to any email... I disputed with my card company-that dispute is still pending... So I decided to start looking for articles about e-cigarettes that would allow reader comments so I could warn other people about this company-yes being spiteful. Luckily though I got linked to their UK website (the same address where the refills are being shipped from) and they had a UK phone number so I rang it-WOO HOO a live person. She argued that it was in the terms & conditions whatever-either way irrelevant when you spen over 2 months trying to cancel... Anyway she offered to cancel the plan-we shall see but atleast i made contact & know have documented who I cancelled with. Here is the UK # as you will need to dial it from the USA:
