Free offer to pay shipping & handling only resulted in an additional charge of 99.99

I responded to an email for a free trial offer for the electronic cigarette and to pay 9.95 shipping and handling only. I received the cigarette and it did not work as advertised.

I called the number on the brief instruction sheet and it directed me to go to the website as their phone was under maintenance. This was a recording. I went to the website, followed the instructions and it did not resolve the problem. There was no address where I could return the item.

I received my credit card bill and I was charged $9.95 on 12/3/09 and $99.99 on 12/9/09. I sent an email and it was returned, undeliverable.

Yesterday, I received an email from Smart Smoker saying they are shipping 30 cartridges and charging my account $59.99. I immediately sent an email for them not to ship the item to me and also the problem with the 99.99 charge. They responded it would take up to 72 hours for them to review my email and respond.

In accordance with their email regarding the 59.99 charge I had to respond within 72 hours, which I responded immediately.

I have no address to return the item since their phone is inoperable, their site does not have instructions for returns or a number you need to return.

I have disputed this charge with my credit card company.
