On December 19th I was charged for a renewal of my Explosive Mine Stocks investment letter and I didn't want to renew my subscription, so I emailed Lombardi Financial telling them I didn't want to renew my subscription and on December 30th they finally got back to me saying that if I didn't want to renew my subscription tell them and a credit will be issued. I immediately emailed them back telling them that I didn't want to renew my subscription and asked for a refund.
Finally on Jan 6th they sent me this email:
Dear Subscriber,
We will cancel the renewal charge for Explosive Mine Stocks and a refund will be put into process.

Web: www.lombardipublishing.com Today is January 21st and they still haven't refunded me! It has been over 2 weeks since they said they will refund me, and I have heard nothing from them. I even emailed them back on January 15th and asked them what's going on and I've heard nothing from them. I tried calling and apparently everyone was busy so I left a message and hopefully someone will get back to me for my refund. My credit card now has finance charges for the interest from not paying the renewal subscription because they said they would cancel it.
Hopefully I get this refunded or else there's going to be some problems.
