Simply put, Suntrust is not to be trusted. The use of on-line banking misleads the consumer and subsequently, generate NSFs for each transaction just past $. 01! You can forget real time processing... They don't use it!!! Their systems are not set up (on purpose I think) to reflect real time activities, and as such, you are expected to keep a manual ledger of your transactions. If that is the case, what is the point of on line banking?! I'm going back to my state credit union. They don't try to rip you off as Suntrust does.
